Thank you for visiting and shopping at sheabrand.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery fees
Shipment costs a flat rate of $9.99 or free for orders over $40.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Sheabrand.com ships to P.O boxes and addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can not process orders over the phone.
Within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with we can provide a refund/exchange for any products on sheabrand.com with the exception of our CBD Full Spectrum Oil Drop . For Returns and Exchanges please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the return has been accepted please ship unopened goods back to address provided. Once your package has been received, your refund/exchange will be issued within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method or original shipping address. Our full policy can be found here Regarding shipping, once the package has been shipped, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier in regards to any lost or stolen packages. A tracking number will be provided when the package is shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a safe place to receive mail. Sheabrand is not responsible for any delays once the package has shipped. Please note that no carrier will guarantee delivery times due to the pandemic.
