Thank you for visiting and shopping at sheabrand.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery fees

Shipment cost a flat rate of $3.99 or free for orders over $30.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Sheabrand.com ships to P.O boxes and addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

Payments

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can not process orders over the phone.

Returns

We want you to love our products as much as we do and if you are not satisfied with your recent purchase we will provide a refund/exchange for any products on sheabrand.com with the exception of our CBD Full Spectrum Oil Drops. For returns and Exchanges please contact support@sheabrand.com within 60 days of purchase, once the return has been accepted please ship unopened goods back to the address provided. Once your package has been received, your refund/exchange will be issued within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method or original shipping address.
