Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals and we do not retail in any country that requires animal testing.

Are you owned by a company that tests on animals?

No, we are independently owned

Do you use parabens in your products?

No! We use palm oil-free natural preservatives like Lucidal and Vitamin E.

Are your products vegan?

Most of our products are vegan, however those that contain beeswax - like our lip balm line - are not.

How do you suggest applying your products?

Great question! We made some videos to show you how to get the most out of your Shea Brand products.

How do I know what Shea Brand product is right for me?

If you didn't find your answer in the videos above you can reach out to us directly at support@sheabrand.com and include photos/details.

Where is my order?

Orders placed at sheabrand.com.com will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

How much is shipping?

We currently offer a $3.99 flat rate for shipping anywhere in the country and free shipping for all orders over $30.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we don’t. But we’re hoping that changes sometime in the future.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love our products as much as we do and if you are not satisfied with your recent purchase we will provide a refund/exchange for any products on sheabrand.com with the exception of our CBD Full Spectrum Oil Drop. For returns and Exchanges please contact support@sheabrand.com within 60 days of purchase, once the return has been accepted please ship unopened goods back to address provided. Once your package has been received, your refund/exchange will be issued within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method or original shipping address. Our full policy can be found here

Returns
