Squeeze ¼ – ½ dropperful of CBD Full Spectrum Oil Drops under your tongue and hold there for 30 seconds, letting it absorb into the soft tissue and glands in your mouth (before swallowing). Suggested use for adults is ½ to 1 full dropper once or twice daily (in the morning and at night). Alternatively, drops can be added to coffee, tea, or any beverage of your choice.

We offer a $3.99 flat rate for shipping anywhere in the country and free shipping for all orders over $30. Currently we do not offer international shipping.
Returns
Within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with we can provide a refund/exchange for any products on sheabrand.com with the exception of our CBD Full Spectrum Oil Drop . For Returns and Exchanges please contact support@sheabrand.com. Once the return has been accepted please ship unopened goods back to address provided. Regarding shipping, once the package has been shipped, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier in regards to any lost or stolen packages. A tracking number will be provided when the package is shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a safe place to receive mail.
